Compassion Focused Therapy

Cultivating or deepening compassion for the self has been a core element present both within my own practice and work with clients for many years, however I am studying this in more depth at present as part of a wider psychotherapy programme.

I have put together a collection of useful resources for clients to support anyone who may find these useful as we work together, almost all are free and there is a range of different formats to experiement with.
